Join us for weekly sessions carefully designed to enhance your well-being and improve a variety of health conditions. Our classes are supervised by an experienced Exercise Physiologist and deliver a gentle, safe and fun whole-body exercise session.

Whether you're looking to boost your mobility, recover from injury, improve balance or simply enjoy the many benefits of water-based exercise, our friendly and professional team is here to help!

📅 When: Tuesdays @ 1:30pm (weekly) & Fridays @ 12pm (fortnightly)
